Deltek Vantagepoint Integration Guide

Mosaic integrations securely connect your ERP systems to bring the right people, project, financial, and time entry data into Mosaic for resource planning and management. By automating data synchronization, Mosaic eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and centralizes critical information in one location.

During onboarding, we'll help you connect your system, review your data to ensure it flows correctly, and CS will guide you through the tools and workflows. Start with the step‑by‑step setup instructions below, then follow the settings guide to finish configuration and validate your data.

1. How do we integrate to Vantagepoint

Connection types

  • Cloud: Uses Vantagepoint's API. Easiest to provision. Without stored procedures, syncs members, clients, projects, and phases only.
    • with Stored Procedures: Uploading stored procedures to Vantagepoint's database unlocks additional data types including time entries, work plans, rates, roles, and labor codes. Each stored procedure independently enables specific data types.
  • On-Premise: Connects to your SQL Server via replication to Mosaic's cloud infrastructure on Azure or .bak. This provides broader table access to the integration connectors.
