Data Retrieval Overview
Data Retrieval Ranges
Projects & Phases
Data fetch for projects and phases can be initiated in three ways:
- By opening the integration page, retrieving data from the past 30 days.
- Through the automated daily fetch(es), retrieving data from the past 120 days.
- Through the automated weekly fetch, which fetches all available project and phase data.
Time Entries
When linking a new Member, Mosaic fetches the member's time entries from the previous 10 years.
Regular updates of time entries occur through the automated daily fetch(es), covering the past 120 days.
Work Plans
When linking a new Member, Mosaic retrieves associated work plans dating back 10 years, when applicable.
Current work plans are updated via the automated daily fetch(es), retrieving data from the last 120 days, when applicable.
Other Data Types
For data types supported by each integration other than time entries and work plans, a data fetch can be initiated in two ways:
- Opening the integration page, fetching data from the past 30 days.
- Upon the automated daily fetch(es), retrieving data from the past 120 days.
For a full list of data types supported by each integration, please refer to the integration-specific documentation.
Data Retrieval Schedule
Default Schedule
Mosaic automatically retrieves data from integrated applications twice daily at randomized times, except for .bak file integrations. Consequently, newly entered data in the integrated system will be reflected in Mosaic within 12 hours.
Custom Schedule
Upon request, Mosaic offers custom data retrieval schedules to better suit your needs, except for .bak file integrations. If you require specific retrieval times or more information, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Mosaic is flexible and can adjust retrieval times to the hour, factoring in your timezone.
Data Retrieval Schedule for .bak Integrations
Mosaic refreshes data for .bak file integrations daily at 3:00 AM EST. For more information, please refer to this Guide.
