Frequently asked questions about the BQE Core integration with Mosaic.

Q: Why isn't my BQE Core integration pulling dates, contract values, or budgets into Mosaic?

If your BQE Core integration is connected but certain data (such as project dates, contract values, or budgets) is not appearing in Mosaic, check the following:

  1. Confirm the integration is showing a green connected banner under Settings > Integrations.
  2. Open the integration settings and verify that the relevant data types (Budgets, Fees, Dates) are enabled for sync.
  3. Note that BQE Core data can take up to 12 hours to sync after a change is made in BQE Core.
  4. If data is still missing after 12 hours, contact your Customer Success Manager with a description of the specific fields that are missing and a screenshot of the affected records in BQE Core.

Only data types listed in the BQE Core Integrated Data page are supported for sync. Custom fields may require additional configuration — reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Q: Where can I find the Sync Log for my BQE Core integration?

To review recent sync activity for your BQE Core integration:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click on your BQE Core integration.
  3. Look for the Sync Log tab to review recent sync events and any errors.
