Dynamics 365 Project Operations FAQs
Q: How can I integrate Project Operations phases into Mosaic?
- Project Operations supports up to 10 levels of phases for a project. By default, Mosaic supports this project structure:
- Project (Project Operations Project)
- Phase (Project Operations Task Level 1)
- Work Category (Project Operations Task Level 2)
- Phase (Project Operations Task Level 1)
- Project (Project Operations Project)
- If you use up to 10 levels of phases (Project Operations Tasks) for project planning, you should consider using subphases.

Please Note:
Subphases are an optional feature.
If you are interested in turning on Subphases to integrate the lowest level of phases (Project Operations Tasks) from Project Operations, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
