Reviewing Integrated Data
Where to Check the Integrated Data on Mosaic
Navigate to Company Settings -> Integration
If you have multiple integrations, select one integration. You should see a page similar to this one:
Members
You can check if the members are linked in the Linked to Mosaic
section under the Members tab. Members on the left side are from your integration platform, and members on the right side are from Mosaic. Linked members will have a green icon in the middle.
Clients
You can check if the clients are linked in the Linked to Mosaic
section under the Clients tab. Clients on the left side are from your integration platform, and clients on the right side are from Mosaic. Linked clients will have a green icon in the middle.
Projects And Phases
You can check if the 3 projects and their phases are linked in the Linked
tab under the Projects tab. Projects on the left side are from your integration platform, and projects on the right side are from Mosaic. Linked projects will have a green icon in the middle. You can also use the Group
feature, to group projects by clients or Mosaic portfolios.
Phases
Phases are under the Linked
projects. They are denoted by a diamond symbol, and can be toggled into view from the >
icon on the left of a project with phases. Phases on the left side are from your integration platform, and phases on the right side are from Mosaic. Linked phases will have a green icon in the middle.
Time Entries
You can check if the work categories are linked in the Linked to Mosaic
section under the Timesheets tab. Work categories on the left side are from your integration platform, and work categories on the right side are from Mosaic. Linked work categories will show a green icon in the middle.
To get an overview of all the time entries, you can navigate to Reports -> Timesheets Report
On this page, you can see timesheets by date, member, project and timesheet activities.
Sync Log
You can also see a history of when time entries, projects, clients and members are integrated to Mosaic or sent to your integration using the Sync Log. A green circle under Status means the data has synced successfully, and a red circle means the data was not synced, therefore, no data will show.
Checking project fees, phases, clients, members in a project
Members
Go to the project
In the project, you can also see client of the project under the project title. Click the member button on the top right, and you will see a list of all the members on this project.
Phases
Go to the project's Schedule tab and click the Phases icon
You can see all the phases of project, as well as dates and statuses for the phases.
Project Fees
Go to Budget tab, you can check if the project fees are coming in. Click edit budget for more details.
Checking Work Plans
You can check if the work plans are imported by going to the planner page and select the project.
Work plans will show as bars for that member.
