Integration Requirements

  • Permission to request Applications to be installed on your Jira Cloud instance
  • The Mosaic AI Application installed on your Jira Cloud instance
  • Your Jira Cloud URL

Important Information

  • Integrating tasks or stories under an Epic that belong to a different Jira Project than the Epic does is not currently supported
  • Data will update in Mosaic up to 4 hours after it is entered/updated in Jira Cloud
