Q: How can I integrate BST10 phases into Mosaic?

BST10 supports up to 9 levels of phases for a project.

Legacy BST10 integrations (connected prior to December 2023) on Mosaic only supports 2 levels of BST phases, following this project structure:
- Project (BST10 Project)
  - Phase (BST10 Phase)
    - Work Category (BST10 Subphase)
If you are interested in turning on Subphases to integrate the lowest level of phases from BST10, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
If you use up 9 levels of phases (BST10 Subphases) for project planning, you should consider using subphases.
