General Integration Terms

Data Included in the Integration

For a list of supported Integrated Data Types, including QuickBooks and Mosaic Data Fields, please refer to this page.

Integration Requirements

• An admin QuickBooks Online user to set up the integration
• The following QuickBooks Online editions are supported:
  • QuickBooks Online Simple Start
  • QuickBooks Online Essentials
  • QuickBooks Online Plus
  • QuickBooks Online Advanced

    ❗️

    Features or objects exclusive to QBO Advanced are not currently supported.

Important Information

• Syncing Time Entries from QuickBooks Time that do not have an ‘Approved’ status in QuickBooks is not supported
• Data will update in Mosaic up to 4 hours after it is entered/updated in QuickBooks Online
